Decision Dice
When you are stuck, roll for a next move.
Sometimes the problem is not that you do not care. It is that your brain cannot find the next move.
Decision Dice gives you a simple prompt when you are stuck, circling, avoiding, or overthinking. The roll is not magic. It is a pattern interrupt.
Instead of trying to solve the whole situation, you get one small direction. Move. Drink. Start. Reduce. Finish. Wild Card.
Each side gives your brain a way back into action.
Five small steps.
- 1Name what you are stuck on.
- 2Roll the dice.
- 3Follow the prompt for 2–10 minutes.
- 4Stop when the timer ends, or keep going if momentum shows up.
- 5Do not negotiate with the dice unless the prompt is genuinely unsafe or impossible.
One small direction at a time.
Change your physical state. Stand up. Stretch. Walk. Reset your body before asking your brain to try again.
when you feel frozen, stuck, or scrolling instead of starting.
Take care of the body that has to do the task. You are not a floating brain.
when you feel foggy, irritable, or skipped a basic need.
Do the smallest possible first step. Not the whole thing. Just the first visible move.
when you know what needs to happen but keep avoiding the first step.
Make the task smaller. Remove steps. Lower the standard. Choose the easier version.
when the task feels overwhelming or you are over-perfecting it.
Close one open loop. Send it. Save it. Put it away. Mark it done.
when you have too many almost-done things and need a small win.
Let the app choose a rescue move — a tiny challenge, reset, reframe, or surprising next step.
when you are bored, looped, or want the app to decide.
